The fourth generation cantilever centrifugal shot blaster with high ejection velocity can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency and obtain satisfactory cleaning quality.

Simulated projectile drawings (including the determination of the type, number and location of shot blasters) are drawn by computer aided design (CAD). The selection and arrangement of shot blasters are more reasonable. The utilization rate and labor productivity of the projectile are improved, the cleaning effect is ensured, and the wear of the chamber guard plate is reduced. The equipment design is completed by CAD.

The separator adopts BE type curtain curtain separator technology, and the separation effect is good.

Workpiece cleaning moves the workpiece to the cleaning room by turntable, and cleans the workpiece while turning. It has a high degree of automation and greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
