Products Description
QXY series of steel plate pretreatment line adopt domestic and foreign advantages and design of similar products manufacturing. The main machine (shot blasting cleaning) of the rust removal department adopts high-efficiency shot blasting machine and full curtain sand blasting separator; the sweeping department adopts special high-strength nylon roller brush and high-pressure fan two-stage sweeping device; preheating and drying adopt various heating methods; and the spraying and painting department adopts high-pressure airless spraying method. The complete set of equipment is controlled by PLC. It belongs to the international advanced level of large-scale complete sets of equipment.
It is mainly used for surface treatment of steel plate and various types of steel (preheating, rust removing, painting and drying).
